The idea of the promotion of assets so original, so unique, was created over twenty years ago and the promoters who devised this exhibition certainly did not expect the success that it has enjoyed, in a crescendo.
It will be the need of the nature, which awakens in us in the spring but the fact is that thousands of people in recent years have visited the exhibition and those gardens of the villas that are a treasure trove of wonderful historic camellias , old, perhaps the oldest in Italy. They are the evidence of an extraordinary cure for the gardens by the lords, but also a unique race in botany among the passionate owners.

Lucca Classical Music Festival is giving continuity to a process undertaken with the precious testimonies of creativity and human wit that too often remain excluded from the universe of many.
In the extraordinary historical and artistic heritage that Lucca has to offer, in the place that gave birth to Geminiani, Boccherini, Catalani, Giacomo Puccini, Lucca Classical comes as the purpose of sharing experience and interaction: about 60 events in three days in theaters, palaces, museums, streets, squares. A project designed for the child and the adult, for the neophyte and the enthusiast.
